FLIP It! is an acronym for Focus (specify the topic), Link/Locate (strategize the process), Input/Investigate/Implement (sort, sift, and store data), Produce/Present/Payoff (solve and show results), Intelligent Thinking needed at all steps.

Recommendations for use

This site along with its many links can be used in all aspects of SLOs 1-4. Because the resource is very extensive, an instructor will need to decide what part of FOCUS to work on in a given activity or class period. Different aspects of FOCUS Flip It will help students at different stages in a research project or paper.
