This is a 40 Question web based quiz that covers developing a research topic, popular and scholarly sources, primary and secondary sources, using library resources, boolean search terms, evaluating internet sources, copyright and citations. It provides instant feedback to students, as well as offers an opportunity to email or print results – including the amount of time spent taking the quiz.

Strengths

This is an in-depth quiz covering a wide range of IL topics, including many not covered by other IL tutorials. This quiz pairs well with the tutorials provided by the originating library, which can be found here.
