Dear Simpson College Community:
In my first full week at Simpson College, I have been struck by the devotion and commitment of this campus community. I have been impressed with the work of the Crisis Management Team as they move to ensure a safe return to campus. Below, I have outlined the changes to our academic calendar for next year. The intent with these changes is to ensure we keep our campus safe by minimizing the times when our community disperses and reconvenes.
Revised Academic Calendar for 2020-2021
Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 the college has released the following revised academic calendar for 2020-2021. The revisions reflect the intent of Simpson College to keep our entire campus community safe and healthy, and also ensure that we are adhering to the U.S. Department of Education’s requirements for days of instruction.
