Zoom's virtual background feature allows users of the video conferencing app the opportunity to choose real-life backgrounds. And where else would you rather be than on the scenic Simpson College campus?
The Office of Marketing and Strategic Communications created downloadable options that place you back on campus. You can attend your online class on the Pedestrian Plaza, attend your meeting outside of Smith Chapel or give a presentation at the entrance to Buxton Stadium. The choice is yours.
To use the backgrounds:
Click the title to any of the photos below to open the full image. Right click, then choose "Save Image As" to download to your computer.
The next time you enter a Zoom meeting, click the arrow next to the video icon and select "Choose Virtual Background." You will see a selection of default options. To upload your own image, click the "+" sign to the right of "Choose Virtual Background." Find your image of choice and you are ready to Zoom in style.
